qcacmn: Increase CE1 buffers to 512 for qca8074 CE1 is used for HTT RX after initial HTC control exchange. Hence increase it back to 512. This reverts the change I2b3a58c1d7a914194d842824945d12ae7c9ebb05 Change-Id: Idd7fdcb45f2f8d4188d4e36431b92b6ee443a982 CRs-Fixed: 2450563
