qcacmn: Trigger FW dump during WMI backpressure [Patch 1/1] Incase we have WMI backpressure issue, which is not caused by host, collect the fw dump. We trigger host dump when WMI Pending cmds reache max wmi commands. If this feature is enable then we will not assert host,rather will wait for fw to dump the logs which can later be used by fw team for debugging.
