qcacmn: Fix for Rx descriptor pool Remove the statement nbuf pointing to NULL during allocation of descriptors as nbuf in rx_desc and next pointer in dp_rx_desc_list_elem_t share the same address space and pointing to NULL will not allocate the rx descriptors.
