qcacmn: Reduce DBS opportunistic timer value to 5 sec Drop the timeout to 5 sec on hastings as it is a 2x2 DBS solution, as IOT issues due to frequent 2x2 to 1x1 or 1x1 to 2x2 transition can be avoided. Change-Id: I67f9c97a7190baeadba79d709a8773b154932e76 CRs-Fixed: 2281954
