qcacmn: Fix compilation issue due to uninitialized variables After enabling FISA, getting compilation issue in WHUNT due to -Werror=maybe-uninitialized. Fix this issue by initializing the uninitialized variables. Change-Id: I4bdb76ba445630fb09df440f587291f0c3e382ec CRs-Fixed: 2717632
