qcacmn: Increase max peer numbers to support 512 client per radio Currently 1024+ is the number of peers, increase it to be 1536+, (512*3) as the three radio soc supports 512 clients per radio. Change-Id: I5f1d69206c536bb706825fbd70736dce21b64161 CRs-Fixed: 2436434
