qcacmn: Double CE2 resources on host and firmware Firmware crashed when it ran out of buffers. Increasing the descriptor ring size for firmware and host on CE2 at firmwares request. Change-Id: I602bc896dcd76b3184f922a3ac961a4433585374 CRs-Fixed: 1061291
