qcacmn: Check to prevent crash when reading stats Add a check for update_dp_stats before calling it. This is registered only for WIN & causes a crash on MCL. Change-Id: I584b7dba73bcc2426deb97641c30b4d704ce0d8b CRs-Fixed: 2111735
