qcacld-3.0: Enable FEATURE_WLAN_MCC_TO_SCC_SWITCH flag in the driver Enable feature flag FEATURE_WLAN_MCC_TO_SCC_SWITCH in the Kbuild to make use of the MCC to SCC switch feature.
