qcacld-3.0: Set 160 MHz bandwidth for world rules
Enable 160 MHz bandwidth for World regulatory rules.
11ac allows channel bandwidth upto 160 MHz. So enable
160 MHz bandwidth if the rule allows for that much bandwidth.
