qcacld-3.0: Use mandatory channel list during SAP operation Ensure that the SAP operations make use of the mandatory channel list during SAP channel selection with INI option 'gWlanMccToSccSwitchMode' set to the value of '4' which will make use of this channel list while trying to avoid MCC scenarios.
