qcacld-3.0: Configure preferred freq list as dynamic chan list Configure the preferred channel list received from vendor roam subcmd command ROAMING_SUBCMD_CONTROL_SET as dynamic channel list to firmware. Combine this channel list with the existing occupied channel list and send to firmware.
