qcacld-3.0: Allow SAP(DFS) + STA(2.4) in DBS capable device If SAP is operating in DFS channel, and STA comes up in 2.4 GHz band, then irrespective of DBS capability, SAP switches to STA's channel for SCC. The enhancement is to allow SAP to operate in DFS channel, and restrict the preferred channel list for STA with 2.4 GHz channel, if the device is DBS capable.
