qcacld-3.0: Rename ENTER/EXIT macros (part 1) In order to better align with the rest of the driver, rename the following macros: * ENTER -> hdd_enter * ENTER_DEV -> hdd_enter_dev * EXIT -> hdd_exit For part 1, introduce the new macros Change-Id: I82fed51ed676041352acfeff20923c58ade4a826 CRs-Fixed: 2205830
