qcacld-3.0: Support set QUOTA limit for STA software data path WiFi currently has no mechanism for tracking software path statistics. However, quota usage must be aggregate of all traffic occuring over STA (SoftAp HW, SoftAp SW, Embedded, Other Tether Traffic).
