qcacld-3.0: Converge on struct plm_req_params The driver currently defines two different data structures to hold PLM Request parameters: - legacy struct plm_req - unified WMI struct plm_req_params To align with the converged software architecture remove the legacy definition and exclusively use the unified WMI definition.
