qcacld-3.0: Fix misleading indent hdd_parse_disable_chan_cmd() misleadingly indents code after a for loop without brackets in such a way that it is easy to assume the code is inside the for loop, but it is not. Not only does this cause build failure for some configurations, but is dangerously confusing for future readers. Remove the misleading indentation in hdd_parse_disable_chan_cmd().
