qcacld-3.0: Use vtable in __iw_setint_getnone() One of the HDD functions with the highest cyclomatic complexity is __iw_setint_getnone(). A prior set of changes has refactored all of the individual sub-ioctl handling into separate functions with a consistent signature. Now convert __iw_setint_getnone() to use a vtable as the last step of refactoring. Change-Id: I7f9d5442083a58b9f36e3bb874748d0d5068bc12 CRs-Fixed: 2350073
