qcacld-3.0: CL 1483121 - update fw common interface files qcacld-2.0 to qcacld-3.0 propagation. Provide backward compatibility with host using MAC ID and FW using MAC ID and Increase physical address from 32 to 64 bits in MGMT TX send command.
