qcacld-3.0: Remove sme global lock while sending flush log cmd qcacld-2.0 to qcacld-3.0 propagation Currently, host takes sme global mutex lock while sending flush log cmd to firmware. This api is also invoked from softirq context hence leading to crash. As a part of this fix, Remove Sme lock because host does not modify the sme global parameters during sending this cmd to firmware.
