qcacld-3.0: Migrate bus_bw to qdf_periodic_work The bus bandwidth compute is a periodic activity that calculates the required DDR bandwidth needed by the wlan driver. Currently it is implemented using a spinlock, a flag, a timer, and a kernel work. qdf_periodic_work effectively implements the same behavior, so use it instead.
