qcacld-3.0: Log the channel switch IEs to debug any related issue Log the channel switch and extended channel switch information element along with the wide channel bandwidth sub element to debug any channel switch related issues. Since the IEs are populated only during channel switch, this logging of the IEs from the beacon should not have any impact in performance.
