qcacld-3.0: Replace pSessionEntry with pe_session

Per the Linux coding style both mixed-case names and so-called
Hungarian notation are frowned upon. There are multiple variations of
the identifier "pSessionEntry" currently in use, so replace them with
pe_session everywhere they occur in the driver.
