qcacld-3.0: (Part-2) Refactor open and close session logic in SAP module Current open and close session APIs mainly defined in HDD, SME, and SAP modules are not proper. They require some design changes to maintain the consistency. In order to achieve the goal of making symmetrical design for open and close session logic, refactor existing API in SAP module.
