qcacld-4.0: TDLS: provide operating class and channel to HAL qcacld-2.0 to qcacld-3.0 propagation 1.Provide off channel and operating class info to user space in HAL API wifi_get_tdls_status. If off channel is not enabled then provide base channel info and in that case pass opclass as 0. 2.Provide correct tdls state based on tdls off channel configuration.
