qcacld-3.0: Remove obsolete hdd_lro_init() stub Change I15535827a03953231670d4138235c4876b16e045 ("qcacld-3.0: Add GRO support for STA mode") removed the implementation of hdd_lro_init(), but it failed to remove the inline stub implementation for use when FEATURE_LRO was not enabled, so remove it now.
