qcacld-3.0: Modify dfs phyerror pulse dur to increase radar detection rate When radar is injected at +/-30MHz separation from center frequency in VHT 80MHz mode incorrect pulse duration is reported in the radar summary reports and lead to decreased radar probablity detection. Fix the issue by capturing pulses with such characteristics and modify them to fit within the valid phyerror pulse duration range.
