qcacld-3.0: Consolidate setting of endian macros There are a multitude of endian macros currently supported by the driver. Consolidate them in one place as a precursor to future consolidation. Change-Id: Id4e57eb6e409aa0c84d46b8ce9eb85f3be56716e CRs-Fixed: 2220920
