Set country code via DRIVER command before AP 802.11d test Regdomain self-managed driver does not accept hostapd country code setting in all cases, so try to use wpa_supplicant DRIVER command first to set the driver to a specific country code before starting AP functionality for testing purposes. This is targeting cases where wpa_supplicant is running on the device as well for non-AP mode functionality. Signed-off-by: hangtian <hangtian@codeaurora.org>
