DPP: Determine own DPPConfEnrolleeRole if needed
DPPSelfConfigure,yes may be used without explicitly specifying
DPPConfEnrolleeRole. For that to work on the AP side, figure out the
suitable role based on last use {ap,sta}_reset_default instead of
assuming STA role.
