Fix WiFi configuration on Android 5 WiFi configuration failed apparently due to a timing issue in UI automation. This used to work at some point; maybe the new issue is caused by changes in the uiautomator package. Therefore, this also updates this package to the latest version that is tested most thoroughly on our side. Issue: INFRA-164 Issue: INFRA-30 Change-Id: I4c91d2521bab1a69a1907bdccf8d4488cff75965
