opcodes: initialize variable before use. This fixes build errors due to the compiler complaining that 'imm' may be used uninitialized in function 'expand_fp_imm'. Bug: 37683243 Test: './toolchain/gcc/build.py --host=windows' works. Change-Id: I3c6b3a97255d647b3227f67f18193e9d5186a572
