Prune two MachineInstr.h includes, fix up deps
MachineInstr.h included AliasAnalysis.h, which includes a world of IR
constructs mostly unneeded in CodeGen. Prune it. Same for
DebugInfoMetadata.h.
Noticed with -ftime-trace.
