Fixed SPEC so that it would run correctly with the new autoconf-style object directory. Added Makefile.spec to the list of files to copy to the object directory. Moved the configuration of $SourceDir to Makefile.config and corrected the conditional that surrounds it. This allows SPEC to reset it and get the correct VPATH. llvm-svn: 8475
