[llvm] [Support] Revert "Reimplement getMainExecutable() using sysctl on NetBSD"

This apparently does not work reliably after all (non-reentrant?)
and causes test failures such as:

The LLVM Compiler Infrastructure

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for LLVM, a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers, optimizers, and runtime environments.
