[RS4GC] Better codegen for deoptimize calls
Don't emit a gc.result for a statepoint lowered from
@llvm.experimental.deoptimize since the call into __llvm_deoptimize is
effectively noreturn. Instead follow the corresponding gc.statepoint
with an "unreachable".
