Add names to RenderScript kernel breakpoints.

Use Breakpoint::AddName to mark all RenderScript kernel breakpoints with the name 'RenderScriptKernel'.
Also update logging channels to include LIBLLDB_LOG_BREAKPOINT where appropriate.
