clang-format: [JS] ignore comments when wrapping returns.

Summary:
When code contains a comment between `return` and the value:

    return /* lengthy comment here */ (
        lengthyValueComesHere);

Do not wrap before the comment, as that'd break the code through JS' automatic
semicolon insertion.
