[analyzer] Enable cfg-temporary-dtors by default.
Don't enable c++-temp-dtor-inlining by default yet, due to this reference
counting pointe problem.
Otherwise the new mode seems stable and allows us to incrementally fix C++
problems in much less hacky ways.
