[Constants] If we already have a ConstantInt*, prefer to use isZero/isOne/isMinusOne instead of isNullValue/isOneValue/isAllOnesValue inherited from Constant. NFCI
Going through the Constant methods requires redetermining that the Constant is a ConstantInt and then calling isZero/isOne/isMinusOne.
