Cleanup of OpaquePtr. No functionality changes.
- Some documenation were added.
- Usages of OpaquePtr<A>.getAsVal<A>() were replaced by OpaquePtr<A>.get().
- Methods getAs and getAsVal were renamed to getPtrTo and getPtrAs respectively.
