[PCH] Preload the PreloadSLocEntries through the SourceManager and don't call ReadSLocEntryRecord() directly because the entry may have already been loaded in which case calling ReadSLocEntryRecord() directly would trigger an assertion in SourceManager. llvm-svn: 140052
