Add TestSymbolAPI.py to test the newly added SBSymbol and SBAddress APIs:
lldb::SymbolType SBSymbol::GetType();
lldb::SectionType SBAddress::GetSectionType ();
lldb::SBModule SBAddress::GetModule ();
Also add an lldb::SBModule::GetUUIDString() API which is easier for Python
to work with in the test script.
