[PM] Reverse the template arguments 'PassT' and 'AnalysisManagerT' in several templates. The previous order didn't make any sense as it separated 'IRUnitT' and 'AnalysisManagerT', the types which are essentially paired and passed along together throughout the layers. llvm-svn: 195450
