Forward port to Android 7

Update relative paths to the Launcher3 directory based on the new
location for this project in the Android 7 tree and make the project
buildable against Launcher3's integration branch.
Rework the manifest to match with Android 7's Launcher3.
Re-implement the LauncherCallbacks interface.
