Set a preferred placement for the "Orange et Moi" app on the main screen

Upon installation of the "Orange et Moi" app, place it on the main screen,
right of the Google folder if the space is available.  The driving use-case
is that at first boot, for an Orange France end-user, it is likely that the
designated space will not be taken and the app will thus end up on the main
screen (Orange France requirement).
