Add setting to hide All Apps icon Re-use the existing feature flag NO_ALL_APPS_ICON to implement a dynamic setting for changing the visibility of the All Apps icon in the hotseat. The compile time flag is turned into a setting stored in preferences. This option allows to re-use the existing functionality based on the feature flag without having to change the inherited codebase of Launcher3.
