FairphoneSettings version 1.0 The app is not presigned. It needs to be signed with the platform keys, because it is running as system user. Presigning would mean that we would need to provide an apk for GMS, Sibon, and for test builds, which each have different platform keys. For sake of simplicity, we let the build system take care of signing instead. Issue: FP2N-387 Change-Id: I3b9d8b6f6fa14aa3897d895208df65bbaa93c82c
