Assign priv_app domain to Updater On Android 7 platform apps are no longer allowed to get a hold of the recovery service. This is required for Updater to interact with the RecoverySystem class. This change makes sure that Updater is always assigned the priv_app domain, also when it's signed with the platform keys.
