Use struct sigcontext instead of struct sigcontext_struct

* configure.ac (AC_CHECK_TYPES): Remove struct sigcontext_struct.
* signal.c (sys_sigreturn) [S390 || S390X || POWERPC || ALPHA): Replace
struct sigcontext_struct with struct sigcontext.
